This website

Static pages. No cookies, no analytics, nothing to log in to, no forms, and every asset — including the fonts — is served from justino.co.uk, so viewing it makes no third-party requests. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes the request data any host sees (IP address, page, time, user-agent) to serve and protect it, as our processor. If you email us, we hold your message; our mail is hosted by Fastmail as our processor. Both operate globally, so data may be processed outside the UK under the transfer mechanisms recognised in UK law.

Client work

For client work we process ordinary business-contact information — names, work email addresses, phone numbers and our correspondence — to quote, contract, deliver and invoice, on the bases of performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running the business, and we keep records for as long as UK company and tax law requires. Where an engagement gives us access to systems holding a client's personal data, we act as that client's processor under their instructions, not as controller.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, or to correct, erase, restrict, object to or transfer it, where those rights apply. Email privacy@justino.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top changes with it.
